Kate Baker, Public Finance Senior Manager, began her career with Causey as a consultant in 2005 and subsequently in managing role at the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. Kate rejoined Causey in 2022 as a Senior Manager. Kate’s career includes experience in a variety of areas such as financial structuring, strategic planning, bond issuance and administration, debt restructuring and commercial loan defeasance verifications. Kate works with financial institutions, state and local governments, commercial real estate owners, and educational, healthcare and housing market participants.

Kate is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines. She enjoys travel, live music, outdoor activities including camping and hiking, and spending time with her husband and son.
