Teow Lim Goh, Public Finance & CMBS Manager, joined Causey in 2006 and became a manager in 2020. Her experience includes verification studies, arbitrage rebate calculations, financial structuring, investment bidding analysis, strategic planning, litigation support, and debt restructuring. She works with financial institutions, state and local governments, real estate companies, educational institutions, and health and retirement care facilities. She earned a BS in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.

She is also an acclaimed poet and essayist. Her writing has been featured in PBS NewsHour, Colorado Public Radio, and The New Yorker. When she is not contemplating the poetry of insurance executive Wallace Stevens, she can be found cross-country skiing and taking cat pictures.
